Girls basketball: Hudson’s Bay 57, Bonney Lake 37

Jaydia Martin and Kamelai Powell each had 21 points to power the Eagles with a 3A bidistrict consolation victory to remain alive in the postseason.

Bay outscored Bonney Lake 15-4 in the second quarter to take the lead for good behind Martin’s three 3 pointers. Powell had 10 of her 21 points in the first quarter.
