Boys basketball: Battle Ground 69, Auburn 37

Kaden Perry scored a game-high 20 points and was equally efficient on defense to help the Tigers stay alive in the 4A consolation bracket.

BG faces Olympia at 7:45 p.m. Thursday at Olympia High School in another loser-out game.

Brendan Beall’s back-to-back 3s to begin the third quarter helped the Tigers pull away, coach Manny Melo said. He finished wiht 15 points and KeAndre Hunter-Holliday added 12. Vincent McCormic finished with 10 as the fourth Tiger to reach double figures.
