The Knights earned a berth to the 1A state regionals with the win over Forks at Hoquiam that advanced them to the 1A district title game for a fourth consecutive year.
King’s Way (15-7) jumped out to a 26-6 lead after the first quarter and did not look back.
Brady Metz led the Knights in scoring with 15 points to go with six rebounds. Bryson Metz had 13 points and nine assists.
Khalfani Cason had 11 points, seven rebounds and three steals, Kefentse Cason had 10 points, and Kobi Cason had eight rebounds, six points and four steals.
It was also King’s Way coach Daven Harmeling’s 100th career win.
King’s Way will play La Center at 7:30 p.m. Friday at W.F. West High School for the district title. In the regular season the teams split two very close games.
