Vancouver-based Pacific Lifestyle Homes has announced that its newest neighborhood, Amberglen, will have its grand opening ceremony 11 a.m. to 3 p.m, Saturday and Sunday at 6701 NE 119th St.
The Salmon Creek-area neighborhood features 60 home sites on 5,000- to 7,500-square-foot lots, with home prices starting in the upper $300,000s. Floor plans range from 1,814 to 3,756 square feet, and include single-floor options. The homes include “smart home” technology, hardwood floors and USB wall chargers.
Pacific Lifestyle Homes is one of the Portland area’s largest local homebuilders, and recently announced that it would be expanding its brand to Puget Sound, starting with a new neighborhood development at University Place, west of downtown Tacoma.
