Pacific Lifestyle Homes is building two “Community Giving Homes” in Vancouver to help local charities.
Pacific Lifestyle Homes owners Kevin and Nicki Wann developed the idea of the “Community Giving Home” in 2014 to build a home to benefit charity. The company also partnered with trade participants. These will be the ninth and 10th “Community Giving Homes” built. More than $365,000 has been earned for the charities since the program’s inception.
Major benefactors will be Transitional Youth, The Children’s Justice Center, Innovative Services, The Children’s Center, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Evergreen Habitat for Humanity.
One home is located in Fishers Hollow in Vancouver. It is 2,127 square feet with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The other home is located in the Adam’s Glen neighborhood in Vancouver. It is 3,213 square feet with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and a three-car garage.
