BELLEVUE — T-Mobile US Inc. (TMUS) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $640 million. On a per-share basis, the Bellevue-based company said it had profit of 75 cents.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 14 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 69 cents per share.
The wireless carrier posted revenue of $11.45 billion in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Twelve analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $11.41 billion.
T-Mobile shares have risen 5 percent since the start of the year.
