Julia Anderson, a financial columnist and business news writer whose byline is familiar to readers of The Columbian, is out with a how-to money book, “Smart Women, Smart Money, Smart Life: Take Charge Now to Have the Life You Deserve.”
The book covers topics that help women prepare for retirement and for a time when they could be on their own, either through widowhood or divorce. “Smart Women Smart Money” also is available at Fort Vancouver Regional Library.
Anderson is a former Columbian business editor and economic news expert at Portland’s KXL 101.1 FM. She wrote a financial advice column for the Portland Tribune.
