The Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Crime Stoppers of Oregon are seeking the public’s help in solving the 2007 slaying of Vancouver’s Donald James Brown.

Brown, 39, was found dead Feb. 4, 2007, in his Orchards home, from a stab wound to the back of his head, according to Columbian archives. His death was determined to be the result of homicidal violence.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 for information that leads to an arrest in an unsolved felony crime. Tipsters can remain anonymous, according to a press release issued Monday from the organization.

People with information from social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube, should share these tips, as they may lead to identification of a suspect. Links can be shared anonymously through Crime Stoppers, the press release states.

To submit an anonymous tip, download the app P3 Tip, visit https://www.p3tips.com/823 or call 503-823-4357.
