Six educators from Battle Ground Public Schools earned certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, an advanced teaching credential. The 2018 recipients are: Nataliya Alekseyeva, Renee Andrews, Susan Crill, Audrey Donato, Salina Machida and Kaylee Milosevich.
On Friday, the Cascade Technical Academy Foundation presented Michelle Aguilar with its 2018 Impact Award. Aguilar, currently the Co-chair of the Criminal Justice advisory committee and a member of the APPA, was recognized for her extraordinary support of the Foundation and Academy.
