Lolo Weatherspoon hit one of two free throws with one second left in regulation to force overtime, but the Titans missed chances to win in overtime.
A poor third quarter put Union in a 12-point deficit, but the Titans rallied to force overtime.
Union led by one with 20 seconds to go when Prestonwood reclaimed the lead. Two late shots by Union were off the mark.
The Titans made a school-record 17 3-pointers, including five each from Abbey Kaip and Mackenzie Lewis and four from Mason Oberg.
Oberg led Union with 16 points. Kaip and Lewis added 15 each, and Weatherspoon scored 12.
