• 3 p.m., special meeting: administer oath of office to Commissioner Neil Kimsey; adopt 2020 strategic goals and initiatives; adopt resolution amending employee handbook; adopt resolution amending district’s comprehensive plan; appoint Commissioner Denny Kiggins as 2020 board president, along with Commissioner Norm Harker as board vice president and Commissioner Neil Kimsey as board secretary; adopt resolution making minor changes to district code; adopt resolution approving final cost and pro rata share for Clark County’s Northeast 119th Street improvement, 50th Avenue to 72nd Avenue; commissioner, staff and legal counsel reports; approve 2020-21 legal services agreement with Inslee, Best, Doezie & Ryder, P.S.; adopt 2020 budget; provide additional authorization for campus parking improvements construction contract. Please note that the regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday has been canceled.

• 9 a.m., conference: Review of application to demolish structure at 5109 E. Fourth Plain Blvd. and replace it with a strip mall and apartment complex.

• 10 a.m., conference: Review of application at 6705 S.E. Evergreen Highway to tree lot short plat, leaving existing home.

Port of Ridgefield Board of Commissioners, port offices, 111 West Division St.

• 8 a.m., special meeting: discuss the formation of a Limited Liability Company, approve an operating and inter-local agreement for broadband infrastructure deployment.
