The Clark Public Utilities board of commissioners elected Jane Van Dyke as board president for 2020. Jim Malinowski will become vice president, and Nancy Barnes will handle secretarial responsibilities for the year.
The new roles are in keeping with an ongoing rotation of officers, according to a press release from Clark Public Utilities.
