Kellen Ball scored a game-high 24 points and the Cougars’ defense stepped up it play in the second half to win a non-league game in Milwaukie, Ore.
“The guys really worked hard to limit La Salle on one shot (each possession) in the second half,” Seton coach Kris Small said.
Down 39-36 at halftime, Seton held La Salle to 12 second-half points.
Gabe Anderson added 10 points for the Cougars.
