Girls basketball: Ridgefield 57, King’s Way Christian 52

Courtney Beyer scored 18 points and Grace Goode and Mackenzie Dewey each had double-doubles as the Spudders picked up their first win of the year.

“We’ve got a lot of new girls this year, and we’ve been trying to find our identity,” coach Billy McKinney said. “I think we found it tonight.”

Goode had 12 points and 10 rebounds, and Dewey added 12 points and 13 rebounds.

Abby Cummins led the way for King’s Way with 22 points.
