Girls basketball: Hockinson 61, King’s Way Christian 32

HOCKINSON 61, KING’S WAY CHRISTIAN 32 — Gracie Brammer scored 27 points to go with seven rebounds, eight steals and six assists in the Hawks’ non-league road victory.

Kylie Ritter added 16 points, seven steals and five rebounds; and Lillie Mueller had six points, six steals and six rebounds for the Hawks.

“They’re young and they still make mistakes,” said Hockinson coach Damon Roche, whose squad is off to a 4-0 start. “There’s a lot to come yet.”

Laurel Quinn scored 11 points to lead the Knights.
