Local nonprofit organization Bridgeview hired Angie Sytsma as its new executive director. Succeeding Jan Wichert, who retired last month, Sytsma most recently was employed as an operations manager for Portland Community College’s Continuing Education program. She has served on nationally recognized, federally funded projects related to health, housing and healthy aging fields, and has worked on domestic violence interventions. Sytsma received a master’s degree in education from Northern Arizona University. Gaynor’s Automotive hired DeLano Morgan as its community relations manager and fleet services director. In the new role, Morgan will represent the company at community and charity events, and member activities. As its fleet services director, Morgan will be the liaison for Gaynor’s commercial customers: PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, Charter Communications, Comcast and AT&T. He previously was employed as a business development manager at Barrett Business Services. Gaynor’s Automotive provides services to vehicles at five locations in Vancouver, including downtown, Hazel Dell, Salmon Creek, Orchards and Cascade Park. Meagan Lowery was promoted to finance and information services director for the city of Battle Ground. Lowery has more than 14 years of experience in accounting and auditing for the government, including at the Washington State Auditor’s Office, and the finance department for the city of Washougal. She received a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Washington State University and is a Certified Government Auditing Professional.
