Letter: Support Aguilera for city council

By Kevin Hart, Vancouver
Published: August 3, 2019, 6:00am

Adam Aguilera was the only candidate to spend a day with Vancouver firefighters, and he listened to concerns and saw the struggles they encounter daily on the job.

Adam has pledged to ensure Stronger Vancouver includes an increase in resources to the Vancouver Fire Department so when you or a loved one has an emergency, the fire department can be staffed to national standards and arrive within four minutes. Adam has made public safety a priority in this election, and that is why as a member of the Vancouver Firefighters Union, I support Adam Aguilera for Vancouver City Council.
