A 64-unit apartment building is planned on a nearly 4-acre site about a mile west of Vancouver Mall, according to plans submitted to the city of Vancouver.
Wooly’s Landing Apartments would have four buildings, according to the pre-application plan submitted to the city.
The site on the west side of Northeast 72nd Avenue at 5311 N.E. 72nd Ave. now has a single-family residence on the west side of the property. Much of the rest of the site is covered by pasture along with wetlands on the east side as well as several trees along its perimeter. A parking lot accommodating 1.75 to 2 parking spaces per unit would be built.
