A 101-unit apartment building would be built at 7401 N.E. 18th St., under a plan submitted to the city of Vancouver by Ginn Development of Vancouver.
A development application says the building would have 3,700 square feet of commercial space on the first floor. The 2.65-acre property is zoned community commercial and is in the Fourth Plain Corridor Overlay District.
The building would have approximately 26,800 square feet per floor and would be about 35 feet tall, with three stories of construction.
