Katie Bullard, president of Vancouver-based DiscoverOrg, has been named one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the nonprofit National Diversity Council.
The annual ranking focuses on business leaders who “influence the future of technology, contribute to business growth, demonstrate integrity and corporate citizenship, and innovate and inspire others to succeed.”
Bullard joined DiscoverOrg in 2016 and served as the company’s chief growth officer until her promotion to president in November. She and other award recipients will be honored at the National Diversity and Leadership Conference on Thursday in Dallas, Texas.
“It’s an incredible honor to receive this award from the National Diversity Council,” Bullard said in a news release. “We know that diverse and inclusive organizations see better financial performance, a higher rate of return on equity, greater innovation, and lower turnover. I’m proud to work for a company that is deeply committed to these values.”
