Youth prevention group to host Teen Night Out on April 13

BATTLE GROUND — Prevent Together: Battle Ground Prevention Alliance will host a Teen Night Out from 6 to 10 p.m. April 13 at Chief Umtuch Middle School, 700 N.W. Ninth St., Battle Ground.

The event is free and open to middle school youth from Clark County. You should bring your school identification, and if you want, wear your favorite superhero costume. There will be prizes for the best outfits.

There will be pizza and snacks available, and activities include: a photo booth, face painting, basketball, volleyball, ping pong, prizes and more. The event is presented by the Prevent Together Cascadia Tech Dream Team, a youth prevention team that focuses on preventing substance abuse, and supports youth in making safe, healthy decisions.
