Here are the nominees for The Columbian prep football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Sept. 29.

Voting will continue until 8 p.m. Tuesday, with results announced in Wednesday’s edition of The Columbian.

To avoid vote manipulation, voting is restricted by IP address. That means people voting while connected to a public WIFI access may be unable vote. We suggest voting be done by private internet access or through your cellular provider.

WYATT DODSON, LA CENTER: Dodson rushed for 150 yards on 19 carries and two touchdowns in the Wildcats’ win over King’s Way Christian.

LINCOLN KROG, STEVENSON: Krog rushed for 199 yards and one TD, caught two TD passes and had an interception in the Bulldogs’ win over Seton Catholic.

JACK MERTENS, MOUNTAIN VIEW: Mertens rushed for 231 yards on six carries and four touchdowns in the Thunder’s win over Hudson’s Bay.

SAWYER RACANELLI, HOCKINSON: Racanelli caught eight passes for 140 yards and three touchdowns in the Hawks’ win over Woodland.

LINCOLN VICTOR, UNION: Victor completed 24 of 34 passes for 299 yards and two touchdowns in the Titans’ win over Puyallup.
