Baskin-Robbins will reopen its shop at 7000 N.E. Highway 99 on Saturday.

Franchisee Richard Lee will host grand re-opening events from noon to 4 p.m. at their store on Saturday and Oct. 6. The celebrations will include $1.31 scoops, music, a balloon twister and an appearance by Baskin-Robbins’ mascot Coney.

As longtime fan of the brand and 11-year franchise owner, Lee said in a news release he is excited to operate the ice cream specialty shop.

“I love the Baskin-Robbins brand and premium quality of their ice cream,” Lee said in the release. “We are so excited to be part of the Baskin-Robbins story and offer the brand’s iconic range of 31 flavors and other creative ice cream treats to our guests.”
