VANCOUVER — Vancouver-based Ginn Development has submitted a pre-application for 92 apartments on 4.3 acres in the Four Seasons mixed-use development.
The site is part of Vancouver’s 112th Avenue Corridor Subarea Plan, which seeks to create a walkable community along a section of the street near Interstate 205. The proposed Four Seasons Apartments II would be on a vacant lot at 1807 N.E. 112th Ave. The complex would consist of 10 buildings, each with eight or 10 units.
The apartment site is adjacent to Ginn’s larger Four Seasons housing development, which broke ground last summer. A pre-application conference with the city is scheduled for Oct. 11.
