OLYMPIA — Olympia-based Heritage Bank, which has two branches in Clark County, has acquired a 75,000-square-foot building in Tacoma for its “southern operations center,” which will be home to administrative departments and key executives currently in King, Pierce and Thurston counties, the bank announced.

The three-story building is at 3615 Pacific Ave. and is currently being remodeled. The center is expected to open in summer 2019.

The center will house a large, multi-use training facility as well.

Heritage Bank already has a northern operations center in Lynnwood.
