2019 Clark County Fair Court named

Clark County Fairgrounds — The official Clark County Fair Court for 2019 has been selected. Sarah Snyder, Rachel Sherrell and Rebecca Merrill will represent the fair in the upcoming year. Snyder is a La Center High School graduate and was a member of the Washington High School Equestrian Team, captain of her drill team and won the District 2 high point performance award. She plans to earn her associate’s degree at Clark College and then transfer to Middle Tennessee State University to study criminal justice. Sherrell is also a La Center graduate, and was a member of the National Honor Society. She is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and the Appaloosa Horse Club, and she is plans to earn an associate’s degree at Clark College and then attend nursing school. Merrill is a 4-H member who volunteers at a memory care center with her dog. She wants to attend Clark College and transfer to Washington State University Vancouver to become a veterinary technician.
