A development that would include four duplexes has been proposed at 1305 N. Garrison Road, according to papers filed with the city of Vancouver.

The project, Garrison Duplexes in the Boardwalk Garden Homes subdivision, would have 1,990 square feet per building for a total of 7,960 square feet on a 0.55-acre site, the pre-application submitted to the city shows. The buildings would be two stories for a total approximate height of 28 feet. The buildings — wood-stick framed walls with manufactured wood trusses — would be about 49 feet wide by 40 feet deep.

The application lists the owner as Hwong Ray-Far and Hwong Ann Ying Trustees of Vancouver. The applicant is NW Civil Design LLC of Vancouver.
