• 10 a.m., council meeting: contracts, lease extensions for Family Law Annex, EPA brownfields grant,  purchase and transfer agreement with Columbia Land Trust to acquire Lower Daybreak property, interagency agreement with the Washington Department of Ecology for noxious weed control, accept a reentry initiative grant, 2018 fall supplemental budget.
