Riley Noah had 146 receiving yards and two touchdowns as Kelso wrapped up the No. 2 seed in the 3A Greater St. Helens League.
Noah’s 69-yard TD grab from Marshall Coleman gave the Hilanders a 14-0 first-quarter lead.
The Eagles struck back with a 38-yard touchdown run by Akilotoa Kaumatule. But Kelso (8-1, 4-1) regained the momentum on a 36-yard touchdown run by Coleman, his second of the game.
Hudson’s Bay (4-5, 2-3) finishes the season fourth in the 3A GSHL. The Eagles could have forced a three-way tie for second with a win.
