SALMON CREEK — Math learning center Mathnasium of Salmon Creek will hold an open house 3 to 6 p.m. Nov. 5 at 1218 N.E. 88th St.
“We’re excited about this opportunity to introduce ourselves to the Vancouver community and surrounding areas and demonstrate to residents how Mathnasium forges a positive attitude toward math among kids,” owner Autumn Smith says in a news release. “We’ve had enormous success in boosting students’ math skills and their understanding of mathematical concepts.”
Mathnasium offers kids in second to 12th grade “fun and effective after-school math programs,” the news release says.
