Mary’s Harvest Fresh Foods in Portland is recalling about 916 pounds of ready-to-eat salad and wrap products that contain a corn ingredient that might be contaminated with salmonella and listeria monocytogenes, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.
The ready-to-eat salad and wrap products were produced from Oct. 5 through Oct. 13. The following products are subject to recall:
• Seven-ounce clear plastic-wrapped packages containing “Mary’s Harvest southwest chicken wrap with rib meat” with “use by” dates from Oct. 15 through Oct. 23.
• Eleven-ounce clear plastic clamshell packages containing “Trader Jose’s Mexicali inspired salad with chili seasoned chicken” with “best by” dates from Oct. 15 through Oct. 19.
