Two industrial warehouses are planned at the Birtcher Business Center, according to plans submitted to the city of Vancouver.

One of the warehouses would be 163,200 square feet, the other 99,734 square feet, and they would be side by side at 14303 N.E. 63rd St., according to the application a land-use planner filed with the city on behalf of the business park. The application seeks a grading permit and critical areas permit for mass grading and wetland impacts on the 4.46-acre site.

The business park is about 135 acres, though developers have said in the past that half of that will be set aside for natural resource and wetland protection.
