Steigerwald Commerce Center plans warehouse

WASHOUGAL — McDonald Excavating of Washougal has submitted an application to build an 8,750-square-foot industrial warehouse on a 2.44-acre site within the Steigerwald Commerce Center at the Port of Camas-Washougal.

The building would include a shop, materials and office space, according to the building application filed with the city of Washougal. Other site features include a gravel equipment storage yard, truck wash pad and fueling station. Other improvements would include parking, pedestrian and vehicle circulation and access, sidewalks, lighting, stormwater, landscaping and utilities.
