CAMAS — The Gyro Shack will open its second Vancouver-area location today at 315 N.E. 192nd Ave., Suite 306, in Camas.
The Camas store is owned and operated by Vince Carich and Tim Martens. Carich brings an extensive background in franchising to the partnership, and Martens has more than 20 years’ experience in the food service industry, including owning several successful wine bars, according to a news release.
The Gyro Shack’s Camas location will be open daily Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
