PORTLAND — The longtime Northwest Portland home of one of Portland’s most beloved farm-to-table restaurants finally has a new tenant.

Summer and Patrick Triato, owners of Southeast Portland event space Union/Pine, will take over the former Wildwood space at 1221 N.W. 21st Ave. for Bar West, a 40-seat restaurant and bar, Portland Monthly reported.

Ned Ludd alums Lucian Prellwitz (most recently at Beast) and Morgan Deeks will run the kitchen. Former Feast Portland organizer Jillian Porten is the general manager.

Wildwood was founded in 1994 by Cory Schreiber, the scion of a prominent Northwest oyster family. By 1995, Wildwood was The Oregonian’s Restaurant of the Year.

Schreiber left the restaurant in 2007. It officially closed in 2014.
