Central Park — Washington State University Clark County Extension’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education was part of the Clark County Green School Student Summit hosted by Washington Green Schools. In breakout sessions, program representatives offered students resources on Smarter Lunchrooms, which are designed to provide schools with the knowledge, motivation and resources needed to build a lunchroom environment that makes healthy food choices the easy choice.
