Young Marines accept Red Ribbon Week proclamation from Vancouver

Esther Short — On Oct. 15, the Lewis & Clark Young Marines accepted a Red Ribbon Week Proclamation from Vancouver Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle and the Vancouver City Council. As part of Red Ribbon Week activities, the young Marines accept Red Ribbon Week proclamations from mayors around the county. Red Ribbon Week is a national anti-drug effort and awareness campaign observed each October.
