Hazel Dell — The 54th annual Hazel Dell Parade of Bands saw performances from bands in Washington and Oregon on Saturday. The Hazel Dell Fred Meyer team won the Grand Marshall Award. In Division I, Clark County Fair Court and Riverview Community Bank won the overall trophy, followed by a blue ribbon for the Clark County Fair mounted patrol and a red ribbon for the 2018 Miss Vancouver rodeo queen. In Division II, Clark County Special Olympics earned the overall trophy, followed by Amboy Territorial Days royal court, which won a blue ribbon, Miss Teen La Center scholarship, which picked up a red ribbon, and Clark County goat 4-H, which received a white ribbon. In Division III, the overall trophy went to Vancouver Vision Clinic, with a blue ribbon for People’s Community Credit Union, a red ribbon for Millar Construction and a white ribbon for Paul Davis Restoration. Rose City Classics scored the overall trophy for Division IV, followed by a blue ribbon for Mustang Unlimited and a red ribbon for Bob Bryant. In Division V, Fort Vancouver Antique Equipment won the overall trophy, and CalPortland earned a blue ribbon.
