Clark County Veterans Assistance Center seeks customer service volunteers to meet and greet veterans, direct them to needed resources, and assist with recordkeeping during weekday shifts.
Columbia River Mental Health Services seeks help in its Great Life Mentoring program. Volunteer mentors develop relationships with one child who needs support with life’s challenges. Training and a commitment of one weekly meeting, one to three hours long for at least 12 months, is required.
Evergreen Public Schools seeks volunteers for the remainder of the school year in its Lunch Buddy program. Volunteers meet a child once a week who is experiencing changes at home or difficulty in school. No tutoring is involved; just listen and share time with a child.
KCRW Community Radio is looking for a volunteer coordinator to help manage a volunteer program so progressive voices are heard in the community.
North County Community Food Bank seeks volunteers to stock the pantry, unload deliveries, take donations, vacuum and clean. Volunteer drivers to pick up food donations at Battle Ground businesses are also needed.
