The Vancouver Clinic ranked among the top primary medical groups for patient experience in a recent survey.
The Washington Health Alliance patient experience survey included 114 primary care medical groups and 351 clinics across the state. The clinic ranked eighth in the state for patient experience and exceeded state averages in all areas except care coordination. Only four medical groups scored better than average in all five categories.
The Vancouver Clinic’s Battle Ground location scored better than average in every category, including timely care, provider communication, care coordination, helpful office staff and overall provider rating.
