A crash in northeast Vancouver and a tractor-trailer stopped on southbound Interstate 5 are slowing traffic Tuesday morning.

There was a crash at Northeast 141st Avenue and Northeast 18th Street, but it was described as a minor incident.

A tractor trailer stopped in the middle lane of the I-5 is near the junction for state Highway 500. The blockage was first reported at 6:41 a.m., according to traffic maps. A traffic camera shows vehicles backing up beyond the East 39th Street overpass.

There are also alerts for fog heading north on Interstate 205 in the Vancouver area and west toward Camas on state Highway 14.

The patchy fog is expected to clear by 10 a.m. as temperatures increase to the mid-50s, according to the National Weather Service.
