Clark College Mature Learning seeks office assistance on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Help with word processing, editing, creating spreadsheets, lists, and organizational forms. Contact instructors and students by phone, set up classrooms, and organize activities. Word processing skills required.
Clark College Cooking School seeks classroom assistants to help prepare for classes by chopping, slicing, peeling, washing produce/meats/seafood; assisting with an in-house camera, and assisting students. Help is needed on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Metropolitan Performing Arts Academy is looking for volunteers to help with costuming, set construction, painting, office tasks, marketing and ushering. Summer camp counselors are also needed to help with three themed camps, to work with children or adults, or with both.
The Marshall House needs volunteers with an interest in Vancouver’s history to serve as docents, guiding tours of the historic house on Officers Row.
