Vancouver Public Works crews will begin paving and milling segments of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard between Northeast 117th and 162nd avenues starting Wednesday evening.
Work is expected to take three days, but progress is contingent on weather. Construction hours will begin at 9 p.m. and end at 6 a.m.
Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard will remain open, but drivers should watch for flaggers directing traffic as single-lane closures are possible.
