A reported explosion and fire did light damage to a house early Saturday in Vancouver’s North Garrison Heights neighborhood, according to the Vancouver Fire Department.
Crews were dispatched at 1:26 a.m. to a reported explosion at 9016 N.E. 11th St., according to fire Capt. Raymond Egan.
They arrived seven minutes later to find light smoke coming from the back porch of a single-story house and three adult occupants outside, Egan said.
All but three engines were cleared from the scene as crews dealt with the situation. Firefighters remained on scene for just over two hours, according to dispatch records.
The Vancouver Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating, Egan said.
