Original article: A crash on southbound Interstate 5 near Fourth Plain Boulevard is blocking the right and center lanes of traffic.
The crash happened at about 7:40 a.m. at Milepost 1.5 of the freeway, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Officials said commuters should expect delays. As of 8 a.m., traffic maps showed vehicles backing up several blocks north of the state Highway 500 junction.
