Several bus routes will be on detour in downtown Vancouver during the Race for Warmth on Sunday. Service will be impacted from about 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Affected routes are Route 25, Route 32 and Route 37. Stops on Evergreen Boulevard between Grand Boulevard and Broadway will be temporarily closed. All stops on Fort Vancouver Way between Mill Plain Boulevard and Evergreen will also be closed.
Rather than using Evergreen, buses will get in and out of downtown using 15th Street and Mill Plain. On certain routes, passengers can use alternate stops on Grand between Mill Plain and Evergreen; on Mill Plain between Grand and Fort Vancouver Way; or on Broadway at Evergreen or at 13th Street to make connections.
Be prepared for delays on any route around downtown during the race.
