Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver; $30, free for students 18 and younger who are accompanied by a paying adult. The concert features clarinetist Michael Kissinger and his Jazz Quartet, and the George Fox University Jazz Orchestra playing such songs as “Over the Rainbow,” and “What a Wonderful World.” 360-906-0441 or www.bravoconcerts.com.
