Girls basketball: Columbia River 47, R.A. Long 45

Columbia River’s lone lead change was the one that mattered.

Sydney Flores-Tucker hit a 3-pointer with seven seconds left to put the Chieftains up two — its first lead of the game. It ended up being the game-winner.

River trailed 13 points in the third quarter and seven going into the fourth before mounting the late comeback.

Erin Baker led River with 18 points. R.A. Long was paced by Eastyn Reaves, who scored 21.

R.A. Long missed a look at a game-winning shot as time expired.
