The trio of Henry Demsky, Isaiah Parker and Matthew Kent combined for 62 of the Cougars’ 74 points as Seton Catholic held off visiting Montesano in the non-league game.
Seton (7-9) has won five of its last six games, while Montesano suffered just its fourth loss of the season, falling to 12-4 overall.
Seton led throughout the game, answering every Montesano run. The Bulldogs’ only lead in the game was by one point midway in the fourth quarter.
“We just hit our free throws and maintained composure,” Seton coach Phil Kent said.
