Nate Snook and Jack Armstrong had 10 points as River remained unbeaten in league with a defensive win.

Ridgefield has “a way of making the game ugly with how they defend you,” Columbia River coach David Long said. “But our kids played well on defense as well. We didn’t allow them to score double digits in any quarter.”

Armstrong hit River’s first three shots of the game and scored all 10 of his points in the first half as the Chieftains (13-2, 7-0 2A GSHL) built a 24-11 lead.
